Our façade system has been tested in accordance with AS/NZS 4284 to demonstrate compliance with Part 3 – Roof and Wall Cladding of the NCC, ensuring surface rainwater cannot penetrate the building.

Wet areas are waterproofed in accordance with Specification 26 – Waterproofing and Water-Resistance Requirements for Building Elements in Wet Areas and AS 3740, fulfilling Clause F2D2 – Wet Area Construction of the NCC.
